Reflect & Renew

Having a plan is good. Working your plan is great. Having a plan and taking time to asses and adjust your plan is better.

Too often I see small business owners go to great lengths to create detailed plans for growth and forward progress, then stuff those same great plans on a shelf or in a drawer not to be seen again.

If you are going to take the time to create a plan, then also block off time to work on the plan weekly, and monthly to reflect on what’s working or not, and renew as needed.

What’s working? Prospecting, engagement, servicing and sales?

What feels too time consuming? What can be automated or delegated?

What needs more time? Remember, many marketing and relationship building activities need time to produce results.

Track results, keep yourself accountable, and watch your business grow.
